In the spirit of the popular Heart of Now personal growth workshops, Conscious Connections offers upbeat, structured evenings where you’ll be skillfully guided through a series of activities designed to help you relax, breathe deeply, and feel comfortable with yourself and comfortable meeting new people.
People that come to Conscious Connections have these things in common:
- A yearning for authentic, satisfying, heart-centered connections with other like-minded people;
- A commitment to learning and communicating effectively with each other;
