How to Register for Heart of Now
Please use the online form below to sign up for any of our courses. After submitting the form, you will be directed to our Paypal portal to complete the registration by paying a fee to reserve your place in the course. If you prefer, you may also contact us by phone at (541)359-5203 or email registration@heartofnow.org to register for Heart of Now programs.
I have learned to love, accept and appreciate myself like I never have before. Moving through what appeared to be insurmountable personal blocks to emotional release, I got me back.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is not guaranteed until we receive your registration fee. Courses like ours usually range $600-$1800. We want you to experience this workshop before putting a price tag on it. You will be charged a registration fee and then given an opportunity to further donate to the course after you have experienced the weekend and can reflect on its value. Our registration fee equates to only a dollar a day for a year at $365. Food and lodging included! Our registration deadline is 3 wks before the start date of each course. Those that register after this deadline will be charged $465 late registration. We offer payment plans for those that can not pay the entire amount at once.
If you are returning to Heart of Now as an assistant there is a $50 assistant fee.

Scholarships
We offer some partial scholarships for those in special circumstances with increased financial hardships. Our prices are already very low in comparison to similar workshops that don't include food and lodging. While we would love to offer everyone a scholarship, we need to make costs to afford to keep this priceless experience happening. If you ask for a partial scholarship you will be sent an application. If approved, you will be expected to work off your partial scholarship at $10/hr trade value for time given to our organization, our organizers or nonprofits in your area if you are outside of Oregon.
Cancellation or Transfers
If you need to cancel your registration prior to 14 days before the course you will be issued a refund minus a $25 processing fee. If you need to cancel your registration within 14 days of the course, no refunds will be issued. In this case you may transfer your registration to another course within one calendar year or gift your space to another person.
After Registering
Upon completion of the registration process, we will send you a confirmation letter including a packing list of items to bring for the weekend, directions, and a course questionnaire. The questionnaire is intended to assist you in clarifying your goals and intentions for yourself and is an opportunity for us to begin to get to know you.
To me, this is not just a workshop, it's a lifesyle choice. it supports my deepest vision.
