Father Wounds
Date to be Determined
(Let us know if you are interested)

You are invited into a full-day journey of healing — a sacred space to gently uncover and tend to the wounds we carry from our fathers.
(Open to all genders.)
Before we understood the world, we felt the presence of our father — or the absence of him.
His protection or unpredictability.
His strength or silence.
His approval, his distance, his expectations.
Fatherhood is a powerful archetype. It shapes our sense of safety, direction, worth, and belonging. And yet, in a culture that rarely teaches men how to be emotionally supported, initiated, or honored in their role, many fathers carry their own unhealed wounds. What remains unconscious does not simply disappear — it echoes forward.
The father wound can live quietly within us.
In our relationship to authority.
In our sense of self-worth.
In how we pursue success.
In how we handle anger.
In how safe we feel in the world.
Some father wounds arise from harshness or control.
Others from absence, emotional distance, or unmet longing.
Each story is different. Each imprint is personal.
In this carefully held container, we will gently descend into these roots. Through deep somatic and embodied practices, we will listen to what the body remembers. We will explore how these early dynamics shaped the person we became — and the relationships we attempt to build.
We will also examine how father wounds ripple into the present: in how we embody fatherhood ourselves, how we relate to fathers and authority, and how we support or struggle with the masculine within and around us.
This is not about blame.
It is about awareness.
It is about releasing inherited patterns.
It is about reclaiming your inner protector, your inner guide, your inner strength.
Through this work, you will begin transforming the patterns within yourself and your life that were shaped in survival — and open space for a more conscious, grounded, and integrated way of being.
