Mother Wounds
A Woman’s Workshop
Saturday
May 30, 2026

In honor of Mother’s Day, you are invited into a sacred day of remembrance — a journey into the living roots of your being.
Before you had language, before you had identity, before you knew who you were — you knew your mother.
Her heartbeat was your first rhythm. Her body was your first home. Her nervous system taught yours how to feel safe… or how to survive.
Motherhood is a holy threshold. It is the portal through which life enters this world. And yet, in a culture that forgets how to truly honor and support mothers, many carry their own unmet needs, unhealed wounds, and silent grief. What is unhealed does not disappear — it is passed on.
The mother wound lives quietly within us.
In our bodies.
In our attachment patterns.
In the way we love.
In the way we protect.
In the way we abandon ourselves.
Some of these imprints are tender whispers. Others are deep ruptures. All of them shape the architecture of our inner world.
In this intimate and carefully held container, we will descend gently into these roots. Through deep somatic and embodied practices, we will listen to what the body remembers. We will honor the pain without blame. We will make space for grief, for truth, for compassion.
This is not about vilifying our mothers.
It is about breaking unconscious cycles.
It is about reclaiming the parts of ourselves that were shaped in survival.
It is about becoming conscious ancestors.
We will also explore how these early imprints ripple into the present — in how we mother, how we relate to mothers, how we nurture, how we withhold, how we open, and how we close.
This day is an initiation.
A return.
A softening.
A reclamation of your own inner mother — the one who can hold you now with the love you may have longed for then.
*Previously, this was an all-gender workshop. While we recognize that people of all genders have mother-wound healing to explore, this year we are offering the workshop for women only as an effort to deepen the healing of the feminine.
We plan to offer this kind of work again in the future for people of all genders. If you are male-bodied and interested in this workshop, please let us know and we will add you to the interest list. The more interest we receive, the sooner we can offer it.

Facilitators
Mother & Daughter Duo Krysty & Kyrynn!

Krysty and Kyrynn have shared a profound bond since before Krysty gave birth to Kyrynn 27 years ago. Their connection deeply inspires others, many of whom express a longing to feel as close to their own parents or children.
They believe wholeheartedly in the power of nurturing loving, connected family relationships as the foundation for a healthy-minded, open-hearted world. Both Krysty and Kyrynn are devoted to helping individuals heal generational wounds passed down through their families. They believes that when these wounds are healed, people can become more heart-centered parents, paving the way for a healthier, more conscious generation.
With over 25 years of experience teaching interpersonal growth and guiding hundreds through trauma healing, Krysty brings wisdom, compassion, and depth to this work. Her capacity to hold space for profound emotional healing is rooted not only in her years of practice, but also in the deep personal suffering she has moved through in her own life. Through facing and transforming her own experiences of pain, she has developed a rare empathy and steadiness that allows others to feel safe bringing even the most tender and complex parts of their stories. Her work supports people in reconnecting with the wisdom of the heart and transforming inherited patterns into opportunities for healing, understanding, and love.
Kyrynn grew up immersed in this environment of healing and personal growth, witnessing her mother support people from all walks of life. Today she is a Heart of Now Facilitator devoted to guiding people back to the living wisdom of their hearts. Through somatic practices, authentic relating, and community-centered experiences, Kyrynn creates spaces of deep presence where people can soften, unravel protective patterns, and reconnect with their authentic expression.
Together, Krysty and Kyrynn embody the living possibility of a healed and deeply connected mother–daughter relationship. Their work invites others to explore their own relationships with compassion, courage, and openness.
Join them for a magical awakening into the heart of motherhood.
