If you know you want to join us register ASAP as registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with a max of 21 participants. Enrollment is not guaranteed until we receive your registration fee and filled out questionnaire. Our registration fee is based on a sliding scale. If you can not pay the total upfront, please pay a minimum of 1/3rd to hold your spot and inquire with us for a payment plan arrangement.

We are a nonprofit and operate off of donations from people like you. You will be given an opportunity to further donate to Heart of Now after you have experienced the weekend and can reflect on its value.
You will be directed to paypal after submitting the form below. Please pay fees there or let us know in the comment section of the form if you will be mailing a check or need to pay another way.
If you want to contribute to our scholarship fund for this course you may pay above the owed amount.
Scholarships
We may offer some partial work trade scholarships for those in special circumstances with increased financial hardships. Our prices are already very low in comparison to similar workshops. While we would love to offer everyone a scholarship, we need to make costs to afford to keep this priceless experience happening. If you ask for a partial scholarship you will be sent an application. We also encourage you to reach out to your friends and family for potential sponsors to raise funds for the course.
After Registering
Upon completion of the registration process, we will send you a confirmation letter including a packing list of items to bring for the weekend, directions, and a course questionnaire. The questionnaire is intended to assist you in clarifying your goals and intentions for yourself and is an opportunity for us to begin to get to know you.
With advance notice, we are happy to assist with ride-sharing to programs.
