Intensive Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Enrollment is not guaranteed until we receive your registration fee. Courses like ours usually range $1200-$5000. We want you to experience this workshop before putting a price tag on it. You will be charged a registration fee and then given an opportunity to further donate to the course after you have experienced the weekend and can reflect on its value.  Our registration fee is $425 before Nov 18th and $525 after Nov 18th. This fee includes an optional dinner Saturday evening.  We offer payment plans for those that can not pay the entire amount at once.

If you are returning to Heart of Now as an assistant there is a $75 assistant fee.

You will be directed to paypal after submitting the form below. Please pay fees there or let us know in the comment section of the form if you will be mailing a check or need to pay another way.

If you want to contribute to our scholarship fund for this course you may pay above the owed amount.

Scholarships

We may offer some partial work trade scholarships for those in special circumstances with increased financial hardships. Our prices are already very low in comparison to similar workshops. While we would love to offer everyone a scholarship, we need to make costs to afford to keep this priceless experience happening. If you ask for a partial scholarship you will be sent an application. We also encourage you to reach out to your friends and family for potential sponsors to raise funds for the course. 

Refund/Cancellation/Transfer Policy:
100% refund minus a $25 fee if canceled three weeks prior to event. Or you can apply 100% fee to a future Heart of Now event.
75% refund minus $25 fee if canceled two weeks before event. Or you can apply 100% minus the $25 fee to a future Heart of Now event.
50% refund minus $25 fee if canceled one week prior to event. Or you can apply 75% minus the $25 fee to a future Heart of Now event.
Cancellations within one week of event are NOT refundable. Special circumstances may result in part of your registration being credited to your account for future courses. Case by case determination.

In this case you may transfer your registration to another course within one calendar year or gift your space to another person.

After Registering

Upon completion of the registration process, we will send you a confirmation letter and questionnaire that you will complete and send back to us. Upon completion of your questionnaire, you will receive an email which will include further information about the weekend, a list of items to bring and an address and directions.  The questionnaire is intended to assist you in clarifying your goals and intentions for yourself and is an opportunity for us to begin to get to know you.

If you have a pet, please make other arrangements for its care as we are unable to accommodate visiting pets.

With advance notice, we are happy to assist with ride-sharing to programs.
